MeaganEwing.com sells greeting cards printed from Meagan Ewing's original watercolors. This page explains what information we collect, why, and who sees it. We keep it to what's needed to deliver your order.
What we collect
- Name, shipping address and phone number — entered on the cart page, to print and deliver your cards. The carrier may use the phone number if there's a delivery problem.
- Email address — entered on the payment page, to send your receipt and contact you about your order.
- Payment card details — entered on Stripe's secure payment page. Card numbers never reach our website and we never see or store them.
Who receives it
We share your information only with the companies that help us fill your order:
- Stripe — processes your payment.
- Gooten — prints and ships your cards (name, shipping address, phone, email).
- Geocodio — checks your shipping address before payment so your cards don't go astray.
- Vercel — hosts this website and stores order records securely.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
- We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies.
- Your cart and shipping address are remembered in your own browser so they're there when you come back. You can clear them by clearing your browser's site data.
- Stripe's payment page uses its own cookies to process payments securely and prevent fraud.
Emails
We only email you about your order. We don't send marketing emails. If we ever offer a newsletter, it will be opt-in and this page will be updated first.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep order records as long as we need them to handle questions, refunds and our business records. To see, correct or delete your information, email info@meaganewing.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
