About an order

Please include the email address you used at checkout and the name on the order.

If a card arrived damaged or misprinted, add a photo of it. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. See our refund policy.

Change or cancel an order

Email us as soon as possible. Every order is reviewed before it goes to print; if it hasn't been approved for printing yet, we can cancel it for a full refund.
